About this holiday home

NEW at Villa for You from July 2025! This cosy and comfortable holiday home is located on a small rural holiday park on the Oosterschelde in Zeeland (Kattendijke). A wonderful place to spend your holiday in this fine holiday home! On the cosy terrace by the water you can enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning and in summer you can sit outside until late in the evening and enjoy the Zeeland air .

The house is located 5 minutes from the cosy village of Wemeldinge. Here you will find a supermarket, a bakery, and you can also visit one of the cosy restaurants for a snack and a drink. Wemeldinge also has a marina. You can make lovely cycling trips in the immediate vicinity, or take a beautiful walk along the Oosterschelde dike. For instance, you can walk straight to 'Het Loze Vissertje' a delicious place to eat mussels. The town of Goes is 10 minutes away, where you can go shopping or have a drink on a terrace, or visit the subtropical swimming paradise Omnium and a petting zoo with a playground. For beach lovers, the nearest North Sea beach is 20 minutes away by car. The Banjaard in Kamperland is very beautiful, highly recommended. There is also a small beach on the Oosterschelde at Wemeldinge. Everything within reach for a wonderful Zeeland holiday! .

Tip from the homeowner

Of course, there is plenty to do in Zeeland in terms of sea and water. But also consider an active family outing at Kanoa. This is year-round fun and all kinds of things to do. Canoeing, a climbing forest, supping or a scavenger hunt on a scooter through Middelburg. Something for everyone!

Dive lovers take note: there are many dive sites along the Eastern Scheldt. Goese Sas, also called Sas van Goes, was once featured by Readers Digest as one of the ten most beautiful dive sites in the world!
