About this holiday home

Single-story, cozy holiday home with a private terrace at the front. It is located on the Oosterschelde estuary, in a small-scale holiday park. The house is right behind the dike in Kattendijke, a lovely area for walking, cycling, and water sports. It is an ideal place to discover Zeeland. Extra friendly are the two air conditioners in this house and the bedroom with patio doors to the terrace.

The house is located 5 minutes from the cozy village of Wemeldinge. Here, you will find a supermarket and a bakery, and you can also visit one of the cozy restaurants for a snack and a drink. Ten minutes away is the town of Goes, where you can go shopping, enjoy a drink, or bite on the lovely terraces. There is also a subtropical swimming paradise, a petting zoo, and a playground. For beach lovers, the nearest North Sea beach is 20 minutes away by car. De Banjaard in Kamperland is very beautiful and recommended. There is also a tiny beach on the Oosterschelde at Wemeldinge. Everything is within reach for a beautiful Zeeland holiday!.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf, mede door de goede accommodatie. Ruime accommodatie en rustige ligging van het huisje op het park. De bedden waren erg goed. Fijn vertrekpunt voor wandelingen en fietstochten. Je kon niet makkelijk bij de gordijnen in de kamer komen om die te sluiten. De bank stond er voor.

Die Wohnung war sauber und für 2 Personen recht großzügig. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer waren geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war dagegen winzig. Handtuchhalter fehlten. Auch die Küche war recht klein. Was uns sehr fehlte war ein Ausgang zur gemütlichen Terrasse vom Wohnzimmer aus. Die Terrasse vor der Haustür haben wir nicht genutzt. Neben dem Glascontainer mochten wir nicht sitzen. Die Ferienanlage war ordentlich und ruhig. Wir haben trotz erwähnter Mäkel eine schöne Woche verbracht. Aber die gleiche Ferienwohnung würden wir nicht noch einmal buchen.

Of course, there is plenty to do in Zeeland regarding sea and water. But also consider an active family outing in Kanoa. This is year-round fun, and there are many things to do: canoeing, climbing forests, supping, or a scooter scavenger hunt through Middelburg. There is something for everyone!
