About this holiday home

A family weekend with waterfront accommodation. Lovely for boat trips or swimming in good weather. That's what this great semi-detached house offers. Right on Uitgeestermeer lake between Alkmaar and Amsterdam. In this holiday home, the connecting door has been removed, allowing groups of up to 12 people to stay comfortably. You have your own jetty, a waterside terrace and a great location in the middle of popular tourist attractions: what more could you want?.

From the holiday home, you can sail to nice places along the Uitgeestermeer, or a little further away, such as the Zaanse Schans. Take a trip to the sea and beach, nice villages in the vicinity, a museum or to one of the larger cities such as Alkmaar, Haarlem or Amsterdam? Everything is possible here, at just a short distance from the holiday home. The park is easily accessible by motorway and Schiphol Airport is close by. The park and harbour offer many facilities, including several restaurants, bicycle and boat rental.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Wasser. Mit einer Gruppe war es aufgrund der Raumaufteilung perfekt. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

die Möglichkeit zwei Häuser zu verbinden und somit zwei Küchen, zwei Bäder und entsprechend Inventar für 10Personen hat uns sehr gelegen. man konnte sehr schön auf der Terrasse sitzen. wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter und dadurch das Gefühl von Sommerurlaub in einem tollen Land

We are coming with 3 cars. Where can we park them all?

There is parking for 1 car next to the accommodation. The other cars can be parked in the central car park at the entrance to the holiday park.

Can you easily get to Amsterdam by public transport?

The bus stop is about a 15-minute walk away. From there, you can take the bus to Uitgeest station and then change trains to Amsterdam.

Is a fishing licence required?

Fishing is allowed from the terrace of the cottage without a permit. If you take a boat out onto the Alkmaardermeer to fish, you do need a permit. This cannot be purchased at reception.

Tip from the expert

A nice alternative for the attraction park Efteling is Sprookjeswonderland in Enkhuizen. Especially recommended for the smaller kids
