About this holiday home

Stay in a unique, comfortable harbour lodge in Middelaar, Limburg. This floating holiday home is on the water, but is not navigable. Enjoy the terrace and a roof terrace with 360-degree views of the surrounding area. The air conditioning acts as both cooler and heater. A swimming certificate for the kids is a plus given the surroundings. Via your own swimming ladder you have easy access to your terrace after a refreshing dip and you can bake fresh rolls in the small oven.

The houseboat is located on the Mookerplas, near Germany, with restaurants and a beach with playground located at the marina. The area is ideal for walking and cycling, with Landgoed Mookerheide nearby. Numerous excursions are possible, including city visits in the Netherlands or Germany and attraction, playground or zoo visits. As a water and sun lover, this place is perfect. The lake and fishing spot are right outside the door.

Good to know

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home

There is a large public car park located at the marina. This is just outside the marina, about 5 minutes' walk from the houseboat. To transport your luggage easily, you can use luggage trolleys.
