About this holiday home

With water views on 2 sides of this semi-detached house, the location is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Both sides have a terrace. At the front, boats sail by on the canal, at the back it is nice and quiet and you can swim. The house is comfortable and equipped with all the necessary luxuries such as: Smart TV bathroom with shower and bathtub and kitchen with dishwasher. You can moor your boat at the jetty for free, the boathouse is not included .

Stavoren is a sought-after spot for any water sports enthusiast. You can sail onto the IJsselmeer or explore the Frisian lakes from here. There are boats everywhere, and you can recreate in or on the water. Whether you want to swim, sail, fish, supp, canoe, windsurf or kite surf, the possibilities here are endless. Bring your own boat or rent one. If you don't want to sail yourself you can also book a canal cruise. In the centre of Stavoren you will find some good restaurants and nice terraces. Before Amsterdam became popular, Stavoren was a Hanseatic city of great significance. As a result, you will still find beautiful old buildings and many references from that time. The little lady of Stavoren is what the Eifel Tower is to Paris, a little smaller but during a visit to Stavoren you should definitely pay her a visit. By the way, did you know that Stavoren is on the Hanseatic cycle route? By bike, you can make beautiful routes through the vast Frisian landscape. Or explore the area on foot. At the VVV Tourist Office you can get a nice city route and discover all Stavoren's 'treasures' while walking .

Die Unterkunft ist von den Details wie beschrieben. Wir haben leider eine sehr verdreckte Küche vorgefunden (verschimmelter Kaffeefilter in der Maschine, ein Topf mit Öl gefüllt im Schrank, nahezu das ganze Geschirr verschmutzt). Ebenfalls waren die Bäder nicht zweifelsfrei geputzt und teilweise waren Mülleimer nicht geleert. Uns wurde schon vor Anreise mitgeteilt, dass wir doch bitte an die Hausregeln denken sollen, da die Vormieter ein „Chaos“ hinterlassen haben. Wir haben direkt bei Anreise mehrfach den Geschirrspüler nutzen müssen und selbst ein wenig geputzt. Uns wurde zwar angeboten, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes das „Putzteam“ erneut kommt, aber wer will das schon im Urlaub? Wir haben ja direkt selbst sauber gemacht, da wir kein sauberes Geschirr hatten und die Küche ekelhaft war! Sowas geht, auch wenn die Vormieter anscheinend wirklich Chaos hinterlassen haben, gar nicht. Wir haben über 300€ Service- und Reinigungsgebühr für 4 Nächte gezahlt und dann sowas. Keine Kulanz
