About this holiday home
Luxury and elegant villa right on the Sainte-Maxime golf course.With fantastic views, a beautiful, large swimming pool (heated in May, June, Sept and Oct) you have everyting for an unforgettable stay!
The villa has 4 stylish bedrooms and 2 more guest rooms in the dependance. Thanks to air conditioning, it is nice and cool everywhere. Outside, there are spacious, partly covered terraces with luxurious lounge sets and sunbeds and, of course, a barbecue for home cooks.
The villa is 5 (car) minutes' drive from the lively seaside resort of Sainte-Maxime and La Nartelle beach. Along the coast you have a choice of the finest restaurants for a seaside lunch. Or rent a boat in the colourful water town of Port-Grimaud also called the Venice of France. Plan a day at the beach and drive to the most famous beach in the south of France, Plage Pampelonne. A 7 km long white-sand beach with the most beautiful beach clubs ! The villa is on the Blue green Sainte-Maxim golf course, so ideal for golf lovers. For the children, there are water parks in Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus. The airport of Nice can be reached within 1 hour. The villa can be booked from Sunday to Sunday (to avoid the busy Saturdays in high season).
Good to know
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
