About this holiday home
Impressive and stylish villa with panoramic views and ideal location on the Sainte-Maxime golf course. The villa has a large heated (may-june-sept-oct) swimming pool with outdoor kitchen, a sauna, air conditioning throughout and the most beautiful terraces with luxurious garden furniture. It extends over 2 floors and features a modern interior with separate TV room (including smart TV) and even a sauna. What luxury!.
The villa is 5 (car) minutes' drive from the lively seaside resort of Sainte-Maxime and La Nartelle beach. Along the coast you have a choice of the finest restaurants for a seaside lunch. Or rent a boat in the colourful water town of Port-Grimaud also called the Venice of France. Plan a day at the beach and drive to the most famous beach in the south of France, Plage Pampelonne. A 7 km long white-sand beach with the most beautiful beach clubs ! The villa is on the Blue green Sainte-Maxim golf course, so ideal for golf lovers. For the children, there are water parks in Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus. The airport of Nice can be reached within 1 hour. The villa can be booked from Sunday to Sunday (to avoid the busy Saturdays in high season).

For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
