Cosy house with a large enclosed garden, a wooded terrace next to the private pool and many nooks to enjoy a quiet holiday
This holiday home was recently renovated and will only get more beautiful over the coming years! The location makes it more than worth staying here, as there is absolute silence and privacy.
There is a terrace at the back of the house where one can enjoy the tranquillity and views over the garden and large private pool.
The house is just outside the village of Sérignac, located in the Lot, where you can enjoy cycling along the canal by the river Garonne.
In addition, Sérignac is a village that has kept its soul and is incredibly charming!
There are some very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

There is a wooden chalet on the property, but it is locked, otherwise you can use the entire property. We also have a small part (basement) of the house which is not accessible In Sérignac there is a nice épicerie where you can eat and order bread for the next day
Sérignac is on the border of 3 regions: Lot, Lot et Garonne and the Dordogne is not far either, so you have a huge number of opportunities to visit! Agen is nearby, and has a beautiful old centre, well worth a visit, but if you have a bit more time, be sure to visit Toulouse too, or a bit to the north: the Dordogne river with castles and a totally different landscape
