About this holiday home

Serre d'Oupia is your perfect hideaway with a southern vibe, located in a quiet corner of the village. Take a dip in the private heated pool (on request), relax in the hot tub and soak up the sun on the terraces overlooking the valley. The villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Behind the house you start a beautiful walk through the rolling hills of Oupia in no time. This is pure enjoyment .

Oupia is a quiet little village with a shop/restaurant in the centre. Lézignan-Corbières is about 15 minutes away where you can get all the major necessities. Olonzac, the neighbouring village, has several bakeries and a supermarket.

Good to know

Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in der Villa Serre in Oupia verbracht. Die Räume sind hübsch eingerichtet (teilweise in die Jahre gekommen; wie z.b den Schiebetürenschrank im Schlafzimmer, das stört uns aber nicht) Die Villa bietet viel Privatsphäre und die Hunde konnten wir auch direkt beim Hinterausgang vom Garten versäubern gehen. Der Whirlpool ist zwar warm, jedoch die Düsen sollten auf Vordermann gebracht werden. Wir haben ihn deshalb nur 1x ausprobiert. Für den Pool haben wir extra einen Aufpreis von Euro 150.- für das beheizen bezahlt, mehr als 19 Grad schaffte er trotzdem nicht. Auf das Heizen werden wir das nächste Mal verzichten. Grundsätzlich stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut. Dies sind aber kleine Details, die uns nicht abgehalten haben, sehr schöne und entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad. De jacuzzi was heerlijk en zo ook het zwembad Overal fijne zitjes, goede bedden en 2 badkamers (wel beetje verouderd)
