About this holiday home

Fine holiday home type Longiere (elongated building), located on a hill 10 minutes from the most beautiful spots of the Dordogne! Through the spacious kitchen you enter the long corridor where you will find the two bedrooms, the lounge and the bathroom. It is nice and cool in summer, and outside there are several terraces, a brand new swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. It is very quiet and has superior views from the pool and upper terrace!!!.

The very friendly homeowner lives next door to this house and will help you where needed, but grants you all the privacy!.

Good to know

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

Zwembad was fantastisch en goed onderhouden. Het huis was proper en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig (handdoeken, lakens, keukengerei,...). De eigenaars wonen naast het huis en zijn zeer behulpzaam en gastvrij. De omgeving is zeer rustig, het huis ligt op een heuvel omgeven door natuur. Niets

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans la location. Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui nous ont apporté des œufs, salades, tomates et haricots de leurs jardins. Beaucoup de choses mises à disposition gentiment. La location est au calme, à 15 mins de Sarlat en voiture. Elle est grande, propre et globalement conforme aux photos. Une grande piscine privée très bien entretenue est accessible juste à côté. Il y a aussi 2 balançoires pour les enfants. Moustiquaires indispensables (non fournies). Environnement de campagne et maison ancienne, phobiques des insectes et autres s’abstenir.

10 minutes from Sarlat la Caneda with its fantastic Saturday market! 10 minutes from Les Eyzies with its wonderful scenery and many caves. 10 minutes from Montignac, beautiful medieval town with an old centre. Above all, go canoeing on the Dordogne or the Vézere river!
