About this holiday home

This beautiful ground-floor flat near Prats du Périgord offers stunning views and a covered terrace. With its location near the woods, it is ideal for hiking enthusiasts. The French owners, next door, respect your privacy but offer support if needed. The house has comfortable bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a recreation room with pool table. Plenty to do! .

During the summer months, the French countryside comes fully alive with charming markets and famous 'vide greniers' (flea markets). The evening markets are like culinary feasts with local delicacies and maybe even a dance to the lively music. Explore the area with fairy-tale castles along the Dordogne or Lot rivers, taste the wines of Cahors and Monbazillac, browse around Sarlat's Saturday market, or relax on a terrace and let it all wash over you. There is plenty to discover! .

Tip from the expert

Ideal walking area in the middle of nature! Visit the Saturday night market with various eateries and music at St Pompon, or do the same at the Wednesday night market in Belves. Which, by the way, is a very pretty town on top of a hill. Castles can be visited in St Cyprien, Biron and of course Bonaguil. Canoeing on the Dordogne River, caves at Les Eyzies, or visit Rocamadour.
