About this holiday home

Gite with the most beautiful view in France! High above the imposing valley of the river Tarn, lies this authentic house with sublime views over the countryside. There are several enclosed terraces where you can enjoy this spectacle. The house has a modern interior, is extremely neat and clean, and in addition to its own jacuzzi, has a shared swimming pool with 1 other gite. A perfect place to unwind and relax!.

The gite is close to one of the most beautiful villages in France, Brousse le Chateau. Here is a medieval castle from the 9th century which is definitely worth a visit! The village lies on the River Tarn, which has carved a deep valley in the landscape. High cliffs and forests create a breathtaking scenery. From the holiday home there are several marked footpaths.

Un havre de paix à proximité de Brousse-le-Château Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce gîte, niché dans un cadre calme et reposant. À noter que les derniers mètres pour y accéder se font en voiture sur un chemin en cailloux et terre, mais cela ne pose pas de difficulté majeure. Le gîte est spacieux, avec des équipements de qualité, dont une piscine et un jacuzzi particulièrement appréciés pour se détendre. Ce qui rend ce lieu encore plus spécial, ce sont les hôtes, Bernadette et son mari. Ils sont incroyablement accueillants, toujours disponibles avec de précieux conseils et très réactifs. Leur hospitalité a vraiment enrichi notre séjour.

Cadre merveilleux et reposant ! Logement très agréable et bien équipé. Hôtes sympathiques, accueillants avec plein de bons conseils. Plusieurs activités possibles dans les environs. Parfait pour un séjour nature et/ou au calme.

Tip from the expert

Visit Albi with its red brick cathedral, it is really worth a visit, especially when combined with the big Saturday market!The Milau viaduct is also on top of the must-see list: this is a phenomenal bridge of almost 2,500 metres over a deep valley) Go kayaking on the Tarn, visit the market in Brousse le Chateau on Tuesday mornings, and take advantage of the marked hiking opportunities. You will probably run out of time!
