About this holiday home

Enjoy a fantastic holiday in this spacious and well-equipped villa in Occitania, southern France. The villa is located on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Sallèles-d'Aude, with complete privacy and tranquillity. This luxury 11-bed villa has a private pool, five bedrooms with ensuite badrooms including one with a bathtub in the bedroom, an extra bedroom with a single bed and free WIFI. This modern villa is tastefully decorated and has both air conditioning and hot air heating.

Sallèles-d'Aude is a beautiful village known for the Canal du Midi, which runs through the middle of the village, and for its various historical monuments. You can take beautiful walks around the village and along the Canal du Midi. There is also a large skate park, a playground, two tennis courts and a gym in the village. The beautiful beaches of Narbonne plage are only half an hour away! If you also want to see the famous cité de Carcassonne, you can reached it within a 40-minute drive.

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

  • It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Séjour très agréable, dans un quartier calme. La maison est très agréable et le jardin sécurisé dispose de plein d’activitées pour les enfants. Je recommande.

Très bon week end passé dans cette magnifique maison. La maison offre tout le confort possible avec salle de bain et toilette dans chaque chambr, idéale quand on est nombreux. Le jardin est très agréable aussi . Hôte très gentil et disponible. Je recommande . Merci

Das Haus sieht auf den Bildern toll, ansprechend und hochwertig aus. Die Eigentümer haben ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen für die Reinigung und den Pool beauftragt. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch dieses war sehr gut. Das Haus befindet sich allerdings in einem anderen Zustand als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Auch die Angabe / Beschreibung der Zimmer ist nicht ganz zutreffend. So ist zb. das Einzelzimmer ein sehr kleines Spielzimmer ohne Schrank, sehr warm, da ohne A/C. Nebenan ein Gäste-WC ohne Waschbecken, so dass man weder  die Möglichkeit hat sich die Zähne zu putzen, oder Hände zu waschen.  Es gibt sehr viele Mängel am Haus und Aussenbereich, die teilweise einschränkend sind (zB Schlaf, da Zimmertüren sich teilweise nicht schließen lassen) und das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Das Preis| Leistungsverhältnis passt für unser Empfinden gar nicht. In der Preisklasse (7500€ für 2 Wochen) haben wir etwas anderes erwartet.
