About this holiday home

Enjoy a fantastic holiday with panoramic views at Villa Panorama. The villa is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Rieux, with complete privacy and 180-degree wide views over the vineyards to the Montagne Noire. This luxury eight-person villa has a private pool, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate toilets and free WIFI. This modern villa is tastefully furnished and equipped with charging station for your electric car, air conditioning and hot air heating.

The house is completely detached and has no overlooking. The terrace and pool sit right against a panoramic and colourful view. The garden is laid with artificial grass and therefore always looks neat .

Good to know

Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted. If this is detected, the home owner/manager may, without discussion charge you 100 euro per day of stay
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Het is een ruime, moderne woning. Het is een +punt dat bed - en badlinnen aanwezig zijn. Het is heel rustig gelegen met een mooi uitzicht. Wij hebben echt genoten van deze vakantie , het is een aanrader.

Air traffic moves westward from the accommodation, so there is little to no air traffic over the accommodation. Also, there are no night flights, which should ensure a good night's sleep.

Rieux-Minervois is a typical wine village between Carcassonne and Narbonne with plenty to see. You can also choose to visit the famous castle in Carcassonne or go the other way towards the coast
