Villa Espace de Luxe 118 is beautifully situated with a playing field just next to the house. And yet you have plenty of privacy because of the well-shaded garden with several seating areas and terraces. A fine home whose entire ground floor was completely renovated in 2023. The house is extra luxurious and has everything you would expect from a holiday home. On the park 2 huge swimming pools and there are many activities to do, such as tennis, there is a pool bar and entertainment for the kids!.

Villa Espace de Luxe 118 is a spacious non-smoking villa on a spacious plot. The house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 large bedroom (with cot and buggy) on the first floor. A well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a sitting room and a dining area. A recently renovated bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin and a second one on the first floor. Opening garden doors with a nice terrace and plenty of garden furniture. A spacious plot with plenty of grass all around, ideal for the children to play. A fine holiday home with comfort as you would like to have on holiday!

Tip from the expert

There is plenty to do at the park such as entertainment for children, playground, 2 large swimming pools (second largest in France!), a disco, weekly markets in season and food markets. There is also a fine restaurant, a large pool bar and, for the more active, a boules court, tennis courts and bike rental to explore the beautiful surroundings. You will be able to enjoy, as there is something for everyone.
