About this holiday home

Just over the Belgian border, in the French Ardennes, you will find this cosy holiday home with a spacious garden. You can get together cosily by the fireplace in the living room or in the basement, with its bar, table tennis table and table football table. The enclosed garden ensures that dogs cannot escape, allowing you to sit back and relax with a drink on the terrace. There are sheep, ducks and chickens at the back of the garden. Cosy! .

There are several great attractions to go and visit. The castle of Sedan, The Fort of Villy and the beautiful town of Charleville. This is a small sample of all the beauty. The city is located on the River Meuse. If you like a good beer, this is the place to be. There are several breweries in the region making local beers .

Het is een mooi, ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het plekje zelf is iets minder idyllisch, door de snelweg erachter en de dealer/autobedrijf aan de voorkant. Het huis zelf is heel fijn, veel ruime kamers. Je kan vandaar veel leuke uitstapjes doen, wat allemaal niet ver rijden is. Dus een goede uitvalsbasis voor leuke dagjes weg. Het enige wat wij minder prettig vonden is dat er ontzettend veel vliegen zaten. Maar afgezien daarvan hebben we genoten van het huis en de ruime, omheinde tuin, wat ook voor de hond heel plezierig was.

wat een geweldig huis!! de verhuurder, Jean-Yves, is een sympathieke man die dmv google translate prima kan uitleggen wat wat is en hoe het werkt. wij waren met 7 volwassen: plek zat! nou zat het weer ook mee (minimaal 28 graden), waardoor we veel buiten zaten. Ontbijt, avondeten; buiten in de ruime tuin. erg fijn dat de tuin volkomen omheind was, zodat onze hond ongestoord kon rondstruinen. Stadje Sedan viel wat tegen. behalve het grote fort (kasteel van Bouillon op 20 minuten rijden is pakkender) is er weinig. Maar toch genoeg; waterfietsen, zwemmen, subben, grote supermarkt; dikke prima. erg fijn contact met Jean-Yves. een minpunt waren de talloze vliegen, maar dat is het risico als er kippen en schapen aangrenzend aan de tuin huizen. Valt mee te leven!! aanrader!!

Samen met een groep vrienden zijn we verbleven in de Villa bij Wandelincourt. Jean verwelkomde ons op een vrolijke manier. Gedurende het verblijf was hij beschikbaar. De woning is in alles voorzien. Het zit gelegen naast een snelweg en trein, wat ervoor zorgt dat het lawaaierig is rondom het huis. In de omgeving zijn er genoeg mogelijkheden om je te vermaken. Al bij al, positieve terugkijk!
