This gîte was renovated and refurbished in 2013 to offer modern facilities while retaining the original character of the building in terms of materials and general atmosphere. It has a large living room with wood-burning stove and comfortable armchairs, a spacious dining room, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, a large entrance hall, a single bedroom on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 bathrooms and a beautiful games room on the mezzanine.
For hikers and nature lovers, there are many walks and mountain bike rides available at the nearby Maison du Tourisme, particularly on the many legends of the Orval region!

This holiday home is located in the old listed forges of Orval, which belonged to Orval Abbey.
Don't forget to visit the Orval brewery and taste their famous beer, accompanied by a piece of Abbey cheese! Visit the nearby village of Chassepierre and its famous festival in August! There's a second gite nearby and you can rent both if you're a big family!
