Welcome to our group house in Houffalize, located in the heart of the Ardennes. This beautiful holiday villa offers space for groups to relax and be together. One of the highlights of this group house is the wellness area with a sauna. There is also a recreation room with a pool table and a pinball machine. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. For those who prefer to dine outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture .

The location of the group home in Houffalize also offers easy access to the beautiful natural surroundings. Whether you want to hike, cycle or just enjoy the picturesque countryside, the Ardennes has something for everyone. Zeer schone woning, Ook waren de spel/en fitness toestellen ook een leuke aanvulling in de woning. ook waren er spelletjes in de woning aanwezig. Wij hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ. Al met al een zeer net- schoon en leuke woning.

Luxueus genieten in een tophuis Schitterend huis, ruim, luxueus, van alle gemakken voorzien. Bravo aan de persoon die het huis heeft ingericht: heel creatief, gezellig en rust uitstralend. We voelden ons meteen welkom: bedden mooi opgemaakt, flesje water op elk nachtkastje, handdoeken en washandjes per persoon, koekjes, koffie... een echt warm onthaal. De boxspringbedden zijn top: het was lang geleden dat ik nog eens ´s morgens kon opstaan zonder rugpijn. We hebben ook genoten van de infraroodsauna en het bubbelbad, ideaal om te ontspannen na een namiddagje kayakken.. De speelkelder was een fijne extra: pool, pingpong, kicker, loopband, hometrainer, flipperkast...en daarnaast ook een tuin met trampoline, speeltuigen, een plaats om te voetballen... Dus we hebben er ook een sportief weekend van gemaakt. We gaan elk jaar op weekend met ons team en dit huis is het beste dat we tot nu toe hebben gehuurd. . Een heel klein minpuntje: de nooduitganglichten in de kamers boven. Het licht hiervan is te straf voor lichte of moeilijke slapers.
