About this holiday home

This beautiful rural holiday home is located in the Flemish Ardennes and is the perfect place to unwind in nature. The house is comfortably and cosily furnished, with a living room with TV, a spacious dining room and a kitchen equipped with all amenities. When the weather is nice, you can sit in the garden and on the terrace, and there is plenty of space for the children to play. If it is a bit colder, you can also sit on the sofa by the fireplace and enjoy the view through the large windows.

The holiday home is located in the middle of a beautiful landscape, with countless walking and cycling opportunities in the peaceful countryside. Discover the Zwalm region, and walk or cycle through the greenery, along the meandering Zwalm brook and through charming villages. Many villages and towns in the area have a rich history. For example, visit the historic market square in Oudenaarde or enjoy the canals and medieval architecture in Ghent.

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Les photos vendent un bien plus cosy qu'en réalité. Les toilettes et la salle de douche degageaient une odeur nauseabonde. Le feu ouvert est purement decoratif. Peu acceuillant globalement (meme pas de papier wc sur place)

We had a nice stay in Zwalm with an easy communication and easy check-in and check-out. The villa was cleaned and as described. The area is nice and quiet. Unfortunately, the drains in the bathrooms smelled strongly and a faucet didn't work. In addition, there were unannounced costs for the additional bed linen and towels. But in general we had a very nice stay in a lovely area and enjoyed the stay.

Prachtig huis!! Je zit afgelegen dus heel rustig. De trein is helaas wel een stoorzender. Het contact met de eigenaar was goed, misschien even persoonlijk contact bij aankomst + uitleg over het huis.  De omgeving is erg mooi, we hebben prachtige dingen gezien!
