The spacious enclosed garden includes a trampoline, lounge set, and play equipment. Inside, a cosy living room and a well-equipped kitchen await. Unwind on the sofa by the fireplace, or let your hair down with a game of table tennis, darts or petanque.

There are several activities and sights to discover in and around Merksplas. Explore the Merksplas Kolonie, a former vagrants' colony, now a nature reserve with footpaths and historical buildings. Also fun to explore by bike: for example, follow the signposted Landlopersroute right through Merksplas Kolonie. Visit the weekly markets in nearby towns and villages, such as Turnhout, Hoogstraten and Rijkevorsel, to discover local products and crafts.

Good to know

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
