About this holiday home

In the middle of the well-known ski area of Klösterle, you will find this lovely holiday home. You occupy half of the house on the ground floor all by yourself and therefore enjoy complete privacy. The large kitchen is fully equipped and will make the chef's heart beat faster. You can enjoy the sunset on the front terrace. This will be a top holiday! .

Right at the foot of the world-famous Arlberg lies Klösterle. The ski bus stops at the main road and takes you to the nearby Sonnenkopf ski area and the Arlberg cable cars in St Christoph, St Anton and Lech Zürs. The most beautiful hiking trails through nature start right in front of the house, which is especially nice in summer. You can also enjoy cycling through the green meadows and in the vicinity of the residence you will find several cosy restaurants for an evening meal .

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Alles war sehr sauber und perfekt hingerichtet....der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und kompetent..... Ich möchte nicht zu gut bewerten sonst bekomme ich keinen Platz mehr......

Prachtig huis. Korte lijntjes met de eigenaar en snel reactie. De bedden waren vrij hard bij de kinderen. Waarschijnlijk anders dan ze thuis gewend zijn. Was wel netjes en schoon.

Die Wohnungsübergabe war total unkompliziert, die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation verlief absolut einwandfrei. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Wir waren zu sechs Personen für einen Skirulaub in Haus Andrea. Dafür war das Haus unglaublich schön. Wir kamen innerhalb von 3 Minuten zum Skibus welcher direkt zur Gondel fährt und auch der Supermarkt und Bäcker sind direkt am Haus gelegen. Alles war sauber und gemütlich, sodass wir eine schöne Zeit hatten. Ein paar Tage vor der Ankunft wurde ich von der Vermieterin kontaktiert, wodurch die Kommunikation dann schneller und besser klappte als zuvor. Das einzige „Makel“ wäre von unserer Seite nur die Küchenausstattung und der „Skiraum“, welcher eher eine Abstellkammer ist. Allerdings ist dies nicht schlimm gewesen. Also minimale Abzugspunkte. Das Bad war auch groß und es gab nie Wasser Probleme, was echt praktisch für eine größere Gruppe ist. Zusammenfassend können wir Haus Andrea sehr empfehlen!
