The municipality of Bürs is the gateway to the Brandnertal and, with the Bürs Gorge, offers an Ice Age natural spectacle for hikers and climbing enthusiasts. Numerous hiking trails, rocky peaks and crystal-clear mountain lakes offer a wide range of leisure activities. In winter, the centrally located ski resorts offer a variety of ski days in the 5 surrounding valleys. In summer, a mountain bike mecca with bike park Brandnertal on your doorstep .

Tip from the expert

Personally, I am hugely attached to Brandnertal. It is my favourite place where I can often be found in the Bikepark, but also the long walks through Brand and Bürs provide moments of pure relaxation. Everything you need, such as a supermarket, is within walking distance. Bludenz is also home to great restaurants, such as Der Löwen and Das Tschofen, where you can enjoy culinary indulgence. For climbers it is completely ideal, as the climbing hall is just five minutes from the apartment complex
