Enjoy a holiday with lots of privacy from this quietly located holiday home with parking for 2 cars. You occupy half of the house, with a separate entrance via a staircase. In the spacious kitchen, you can prepare the breakfast of your choice before enjoying it together at the dining table. On the balcony you can end the holiday day in peace. And don't forget to take some nice holiday photos, because what a view!
.
The holiday home is located about 5 km above Zell am Ziller, on the Gerlosberg mountain. In winter, the ski bus stops near the holiday home and takes you for free, in just a few minutes, to the middle station of the Kreuzjochbahn - Zillertal Arena. So you don't need a car. It is an ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts but also for hikers. You won't easily forget the views you encounter on a summer hike
.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Do we live in the house alone, or does anyone else live there?
You occupy one half of the house, with a separate entrance via a staircase, so you can enjoy the privacy. The other half of the house is occupied by the mother of the owner.
The Kreuzjoch Alm at 2,100 m in the middle of the Zillertal Arena ski area is a popular meeting place for winter sports enthusiasts! A breathtaking panoramic view of the Tux-Zillertal Alps awaits you. Relax in a deckchair on the sun terrace and enjoy the sun!
