About this holiday home
This sprawling holiday home is 50 metres' walk from the ski bus stop. In summer, enjoy a drink of your choice on the enchanting veranda, while in winter enjoy an unforgettable evening in the recreation room with pool table and bar (beer kegs available from the owner against surcharge). The comfortable bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and the unique interior makes you feel at home quickly. Enjoy!.
With the ski bus in front of the door, you can reach the major ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl in no time. The spa town of Längenfeld is also a short distance from the accommodation. Furthermore, Ötztal offers plenty of other holiday options, such as climbing, rafting, canyoning and Austria's largest amusement park, Area 47
.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Don't feel like driving in winter ? Take the ski bus to Sölden or Obergurgl/Hochgurgl directly at your holiday home and simply leave the car behind. After a strenuous day of skiing, take a sauna in the house and afterwards enjoy a home-tapped beer at the house bar - what more could you want?
