This inviting group house, a stone's throw from the ski bus stop, offers an atmospheric veranda in its own beer garden in summer. In winter, the spacious recreation room with bar and pool table (and a beer keg on request against bail) invites you to socialise. The sauna is the icing on the cake, where you can fully relax after a day of skiing or hiking in the enchanting region. Ideal for large groups looking for a unique experience!.
With the ski bus in front of the door, you can reach the major ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl in no time. The spa town of Längenfeld is also a short distance from the accommodation. Furthermore, Ötztal offers numerous other holiday options, such as climbing, rafting, canyoning and Austria's largest amusement park Area 47
.
