About this holiday home

Within walking distance of the city centre yet in a quiet location is this holiday home with a garden and terrace. In summer, start your day with a dip in the swimming pool and in winter warm up in the spacious living room with Swedish wood-burning stove. You can enjoy joint dinners at the spacious dining table and take the best holiday photos from the balcony. Great! The pool must be cleaned with the vacuum cleaner itself, chlorine tablets are available.

The accommodation is about 400 metres from the centre of famous Mayrhofen, right behind the Zillertalbahn station. A bakery and restaurants are around the corner and the Penken and Ahorn cable cars are also within walking distance. Picturesque Mayrhofen, surrounded by imposing mountain peaks, offers a plethora of activities for nature lovers and adrenaline seekers alike. From vast hiking and cycling trails through alpine meadows and forests, to climbing routes with breathtaking views and, of course, the famous ski resort Zillertal 3000 .

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Zentrale Lage für schönen Wanderurlaub Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die „City“ ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Nicht durch den Bahnhof nebenan abschrecken lassen, es ist die Endstation und die Züge rollen nur 2 mal pro Stunde, man hört quasi nichts. Die Unterkunft war sauber, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Terrasse und Stellplatz direkt am Haus, man ist ungestört. Die Heizung müsste mal gewartet werden, dann klappt es auch mit warmem Wasser. Immer gut, wenn man den eigenen Klempner dabei hat… Das Problem wurde aber auch schon der Verwalterin gemeldet. Es gibt 3 Stockbetten, für Kinder sicherlich absolut okay, für Erwachsene ggf etwas zu klein. Frische Handtücher riechen weniger muffig, hier haben wir lieber die eigenen verwendet. Bettwäsche war aber okay.

Our house is located very close to the Zillertalbahn railway station, an environmentally friendly arrival by train is the alternative. Private play street without car traffic near the house

You live almost directly in the beautiful Mayrhofen, a holiday without car is possible, leave it quiet once. From the living room you can see the Penken cable car going up, via the cable TV you can already find out at home what it looks like up on the mountain.
