About this holiday home

It is a cozy house with lots of privacy and a large garden, ideal for families, with several bedrooms and plenty of space to relax. Children can play safely in the garden while adults relax. A vast playground is just around the corner. Good connections to the ski resorts, only approx. Fifteen minutes away by car. Inexpensive shopping and the proximity to the German border offer additional convenience. Many leisure activities on-site.

The house is in an idyllic residential area of Kufstein, surrounded by green hills and clear streams. The location offers marvelous views and a charming townscape. Historical sights and cultural attractions such as museums and traditional markets are easily accessible. There are also numerous cozy restaurants and cafés serving regional specialties, as well as a variety of events and festivals in the town center.

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten und Spielplatz vor dem Haus. Sehr sauber und man hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht, wurde sogar Hochstuhl und Kinderbett für unsere Tochter zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfreich. Optimale Lage, um zu Fuß zur Altstadt zu laufen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gezellig huisje, erg proper, dicht bij het centrum van de stad, met een mooi uitzicht op de bergen en het kasteel van Kufstein. In de buurt zijn er fijne speeltuinen, fitnesparcourtje, Kneippbadje aan de speeltuin, wat heerlijk was na een hete wandeldag. We genoten van een heerlijke vakantie!

CheckIn hat super funktioniert. Der Gastgeber war zur Schlüsselübergabe innerhalb von 2 Minuten vor Ort. Das Haus samt Grundstück ist eingezäunt und direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein öffentlichenr Spielplatz. Vom Esszimmer aus toller Blick auf die Festung Kufstein. Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig in 2-3 min. zu erreichen. Kosentloses W-Lan ist verfügbar. Für Kinder ist fußläufig in 10 min. ein toller Motorikpark angelegt. Mit der Kufsteinerland Card einmaliger kostenloser Eintritt in die Festung Kufstein,1xBerg/1x Tal Fahrt mit dem Kaiserlift,kostenlose Busnutzung und viele weitere Dinge. Das Haus bekommt von uns eine klare Weiterempfehlung‼️
