About this holiday home

In the middle of the Kitzbühler Alps is a detached Austrian chalet. Perfectly located on the Ki-West-Bahn valley run, 350 metres from the ski lift and 300 metres from the ski bus. Complete privacy, 2 bathrooms with 2 showers each, separate toilets on each floor, annex with bath (shower) and toilet. Bedrooms on 1st floor, 4-person room with private entrance. Beautiful garden with open views completes the whole.

This chalet is a true dream for any winter sports lover! Being close to the Ki-West gondola (around 350 metres), you can easily reach Westendorf. From Westendorf, you have access to one of Austria's largest interconnected ski areas, Skiwelt WilderKaiser-Brixental. The Pengelstein slope is about 2 kilometres from the chalet and is highly recommended. The ski lift to this area can be reached by ski bus 300 metres from the chalet. In the Kitzbühel ski resort In summer, Kirchberg is also a wonderful holiday destination. Wonderful cycling and hiking tours through the green nature of the mountain world start from here. Fancy a game of golf? Then let off steam on the local golf course. To refresh yourself after a brisk walk, a visit to the Kneippanlage is highly recommended. .

Die Lage des Hauses ist super! Direkt an der Piste 100m entfernt von der Gondelstation. Eine sehr nette Hütte mit Essen und Trinken perfekt zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Fotos des Hauses in Villa for You entsprechen nicht dem Zustand. Es ist deutlich älter, die Schlafzimmer scheinen renoviert zu sein. Die Bäder sind in gutem Zustand, die Küche auch. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist dunkel und relativ kalt. Man hält sich also hauptsächlich im Esszimmer auf, was für die Personenzahl sehr eng ist. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Schlitten. Man sollte selbst Schlitten und Rutschteller mitnehmen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Schneespaß rund um das Haus.

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Unterkunft wirkt auf den Bildern ein wenig größer als sie in echt ist, ansonsten tolle Umgebung.

The last part of the access road to the chalet is unpaved. Keep in mind that in the winter you may only get to the top with winter tyres and snow chains.
