About this holiday home

This cosy holiday home is perfect for skiers - ski to and from the accommodation! This comfortable property has the ideal location, directly across cross to the renovated Fleckalmbahn valley station (2019) - no ski bus waiting times. Easily accessible by car, and the car can stay put. The living room with spacious sofa is inviting, perfect for relaxing and talking about the day over a drink. Enjoy the sun in the sheltered garden.

This property is a top accommodation for winter sports enthusiasts. This is because the Fleckalmbahn does not take you to just any piste but to the second largest ski area in all of Europe! From here, you make a quick crossing to the famous Hahnenkamm (1670 metres) or the Pengelstein (1938 metres). At the end of the day, you ski back to your home! Cosy shops, restaurants and après ski bars are within walking distance of the residence. Summer visitors will also have a great time in this property and region. Along the babbling brook that leads to the "Badesee" runs a beautiful hiking and cycling path. Take a refreshing dip in the lake and then warm up in the sunbathing lawn. For sports enthusiasts, there is a mountain bike rental with a mountain bike park just 50 metres from the holiday home. You will also find golf courses, riding stables and other outdoor sports organisations in the vicinity. .

Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Berge Rund um Kitzbühel und den Wilden Kaiser zu erkunden. Die Fleckalmbahn ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bäcker, Supermarkt oder verschiedene Restaurants lassen sich mit dem Auto in Kirchberg erreichen. Grundsätzlich bietet das Haus genug Platz, um mit zwei Familien einen Urlaub zu verbringen. In der Parterre befinden sich Schlafräume inklusive Bad. Im EG befindet sich die Küche, der Wohn-Ess-Raum und ein Gäste WC. Im OG befinden sich weitere Schlafräume und das zweite Bad. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Türen und Fenster lassen sich nur schwer öffnen und sollten dringend repariert werden. Die unteren Schlafräume befinden sich in der Parterre. In der Realität fühlt es sich eher wie ein Keller an. Entsprechend ist das Wohngefühl in diesen Räumen eher ungemütlich. Das Haus verfügt über keine Rollläden. Verdunkeln kann man nur mäßig mit Vorhängen.

Onze verwachtingen werden helaas niet waargemaakt. De woning was niet echt schoon toen we aankwamen. Er zat nog etenswaar in een kom, spinnenwebben op diverse plekken en overall niet fris en schoon. Keukkastdeurtje viel eruit, bedombouw was los/kapot, matras met grote vieze plekken. De inboedel is een mengelmoes van oude meubelen en ikea meubelen en verlichting. Zitbank doorgezakt. Kortom best teleurstellend. Wij hebben dit direct gemeld bij de beheerder en bij Villa for you. Villa you reageerde direct op zaterdagavond, erg netjes. Plaatselijke beheerder zou het op (laten) lossen op maandag. Dat is ook gebeurd, keurig hun woord gehouden. Positief is dat er ruim voldoende keukeninrichting aanwezig is. De locatie is fijn, veel faciliteiten te bereiken te voet. In de winter op steenworp afstand van de piste en gondel. Wij waren met 5 personen. Met 10 personen kan je er prima slapen, echter de woon- eetkamer is te klein voor 10 personen. Er waren ook geen verblijfsinstructies en omgevingsinformatie aanwezig. Dat is altijd wel handig. Wij zouden niet weer voor deze woning kiezen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben und hat unsere Erwartungen zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war zu jedem Zeitpunkt sehr angenehm und ohne Probleme. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
