About this holiday home

This lovely chalet for 2 is located on the outskirts of Aschau im Zillertal, next to the owners' farm and a short distance from shops and restaurants. Enjoy your holiday in an incomparable, sunny and quiet location. The cottage is brand new and charmingly furnished in a modern style with lots of wood and attention to detail. The holiday home is located on the first floor and offers plenty of privacy and relaxation (no other guests stay on the ground floor) .

Set amidst the mountains, Aschau im Zillertal offers the perfect balance between natural splendour and authentic Tyrolean hospitality. The village is a nature lover's paradise, with scenic hiking trails and cycling routes winding through lush valleys and forested hills. In winter, Aschau becomes a true winter wonderland, with nearby ski resorts inviting winter sports enthusiasts for days of snowy fun. The ski bus, which stops near the house, takes you to the nearby ski areas of the Zillertal Arena or to the well-known Ski Optimal Hochzillertal ski area. A ski room with ski boot dryer is available, as well as a charging station for electric cars in the outbuilding of the Bodahof.

Das Chalet war für unseren Skiurlaub im Zillertal perfekt. Die Wohnung wurde vollständig neu hergerichtet und entspricht exakt den Bildern auf der Website. Die Betten sind gut und um die Wohnung herum ist es sehr ruhig, so dass wir wunderbar geschlafen haben. Küche und Bad sind ebenfalls neu und modern. Die Küche ist für das alltägliche gut ausgestattet. Der Wohnraum (offen zur Küche) ist sehr behaglich. Angenehm war der separate Skiraum (beheizt) und der PKW-Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Ca. 900 Meter zu Fuß entfernt ist der örtliche Bäcker, daneben ein Supermarkt.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern renoviert und ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen. Ich kann einen Urlaub hier wärmstens empfehlen.

Tip from the expert

When the snow is good, you can ski from the piste across the fields directly to your chalet. A toboggan run is also not far away. You can get fresh milk and eggs from the owners' farm with cows and chickens as well as 2 horses, so a healthy breakfast is guaranteed.
