The ski bus stops 100 m away, and you'll be in the bustling heart of Sölden or the high mountains in Obergurgl in no time. On a sunny day, enjoy the large garden or relax on the corner sofa with soft cushions in the living room. There is no lack of entertainment on this property. A carefree holiday destination!.
With its three glaciers, Sölden is unique in the winter sports world. Discover the ski resort's wide slopes that make every winter sports heart beat faster. The village's 8- and 10-seater gondolas take you quickly to the high-alpine mountains, where you will always find perfect snow conditions.
Summer is just as impressive as winter! Come and enjoy the various hiking and cycling trails in the mountains. You can also cool down and relax in one of the swimming lakes, such as Lake Piburger See. A visit to the wellness center Aqua Dome Längenfeld is not to be missed!

Go mountain biking for a day at Bikepark Republic Sölden. The Ötztal Alps offer a vast network of natural trails and ecologically created lines of varying difficulty, plus dozens of tours, enduro routes, and two pump tracks.

The height of the driveway is 2.10 metres. A number of spaces are also available in front of the building, in case the car does not get into the garage.
