About this holiday home

This modern flat at 1036 m above sea level offers a fantastic location with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain world. Enjoy Tyrolean hospitality and cosiness in a holiday home with four properties, managed by the same family for many generations. The estate is an organic farm with several animals, including a beloved house pony. Children can even help in the stable .

For winter sports enthusiasts, this is a lovely accommodation. In just a 10-minute walk you can reach the ski lift that takes you to one of the largest connected ski areas in Austria: Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. Here you can make beautiful ski tours from hut to hut, toboggan, cross-country ski or as a snowboarder practice various disciplines in the fun parks. The slopes can be reached in 4 minutes by car and a descent directly to the valley station is also possible on skis, but only if there is enough snow. In summer you will find peace and quiet in the midst of unspoilt nature. Whether you go hiking or mountain biking, you will be amazed by the beauty of nature around you .

Gut geeignet für gemeinsam reisende Familien, da mehrere Appartements in einem Haus sind. Super Lage für Skifahrer: Ski-Abfahrt ab Haus durch Tiefschnee zur Familienabfahrt, blaue Piste 40, möglich. Oder 900m Fuß- oder Autoweg über kaum befahrene Autozufahrt zur Stöcklalm (ohne nennenswerte Steigung, Parkplätze vorhanden). Kogl-Bauernhof gepflegt und sauber, tolle Aussicht, nette Vermieter, gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch direkt am Berg mit Blick auf das Wilde Kaiser Bergmassiv. Super Ausblick. Die Schlüsselübergabe war kein Problem Bauer und seine Gattin waren zur ausgemachten Zeit Vorort und wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und auch direkt eingewiesen in die Wohnung. Schöne Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Alles perfekt für vier Personen. Die Wohnung liegt 900 Meter vom Skigebiet entfernt, im Sommer wartet das Hexenwasser in der gleichen Entfernung. Da wir schon einige Ferienhäuser und Wohnungen in Söll und Umgebung besucht haben, war diese eine der Besten. Dank an meinem Kumpel der sie uns empfohlen hat. Ich kann diese Empfehlung mit besten Gewissen weitergeben. Klasse Urlaub. Danke.

Within 10 minutes by car you reach the cosy village of Söll. In the car-free centre there are traditional houses with original murals. Söll has been named the most pedestrian-friendly village in Austria.
