After a beautiful day in the region, you can make yourself comfortable in the large living room with TV and access to the balcony. The flat is not self-contained, shared hallway .

The 2024/25 winter sports season in Kappl ends on 30 March 2025 due to the new construction of the Diasbahn. However, guests can divert to the ski resorts of See and Ischgl, which are easily accessible by ski bus.
