About this holiday home

Right in the centre of cosy Brixen im Thale and near the ski lift, you will find this modernly furnished country house. There are 3 flats in the country house. This flat is on the first floor and has its own entrance. The living room has a beautiful wooden floor and you will find an adjoining luxurious open kitchen with all amenities. From the large balcony, with 2 sofas, you can enjoy the Austrian sunshine while enjoying the mountain views .

The house's location is perfect, as the gondola can be reached by ski bus within 2 minutes. Brixen im Thale is a convenient winter sports destination thanks to its convenient location in relation to SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental and the Kitzbüheler Alpen. In addition, Brixen im Thale is located in one of the few valleys that is open on both sides. The village's many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We warmly recommend hiking in Aschau or a visit to the natural pond with swimming pool in Brixen .

Lovey apartment in a beautiful Austrian village, only slight niggle was the fridge door always opened with the freezer door which was a little strange, it didn’t need to….other than that a lovely clean place to stay in beautiful surroundings, would return

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war hervorragend. Die Wohnung war geräumig und makellos sauber, was uns sehr beeindruckt hat. Leider war die stark befahrene Dorfstraße etwas laut, aber das hat unseren positiven Gesamteindruck nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin für die Wohnung war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die ganze Familie hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt, und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der große Esstisch mit Eckbank ist auch für ausgiebige Spieleabende prima. Der Billa (Supermarkt) 50 Meter weiter kommt sehr gelegen. Das Auto kann tatsächlich stehen bleiben. Frau MAK betreut das Objekt und ist sehr freundlich. Im Badezimmer hat es nach einem Tag Starkregen doch merklich durch die Lüftung (unangenehm) gerochen. Vermutlich hat da irgend ein Rückschlagventil nicht funktioniert.

No, unfortunately there is no bread service but there is a supermarket 75 m away.

Is there a washer and/or dryer in this house?

No there are no washing machine and/or dryer in this house, should there be a real need guests can always ask Zaida ( cleaning lady who is on site ) if she would like to run a wash for them , for a fee.

How much parking is available at this accommodation?

There is guaranteed space for 2 cars per flat. There is no guarantee for a 3rd car. At the ski lifts (about 800 metres away), there is plenty of parking.

Tip from the expert

On one side of the village you can ski towards Westendorf, while on the other side you can ski to famous places like Ellmau, Söll and Scheffau am Wilder Kaiser.
