About this holiday home

In a prime location in the cozy village of Brixen im Thale, next to the Sporthotel, you will find this first-floor flat in Residenz Edelalm, a small-scale apartment complex built in 2016. This flat boasts a large sunny balcony with a seating area along the entire back of the house (facing south!). The cable car to the SkiWelt ski area is a few minutes drive away. The ski bus stops practically in front of the door.

The Tanzer descent (1c) ends a few meters opposite the flat. Brixen is centrally located in the large Skiwelt, with connections to Westendorf, Ellmau Scheffau, Going, Hopfgarten, and Itter. There is also a possibility of connecting to the Kitzbühel ski area with a separate ski pass. Nearby, several restaurants and shops look forward to your visit.

Good to know

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption (if possible) or at a flat rate and will be charged to you separately as an additional cost. For questions about charging specifications, contact the homeowner/contactperson on the spot before arrival. Illegal charging of a car is not allowed

  • Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

  • It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Ruim, schoon appartement met groot balkon.Uitzicht is op de bergen. Prima bedden en fijne badkamers. Bank is groot genoeg voor 5 personen. Keuken is goed ingericht om dagelijks te koken. Aparte ruimte om ski's op te bergen is ook bevallen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sehr geräumig. Super Anbindung und eine tolle Sicht. Was leider nicht sehr schön war. Das das Treppenhaus nach Müll gerochen hat und in der ganzen Wohnung liefen Silberfische umher. Ansonsten war es eine schöne und geräumige Wohnung. Der Check in war sehr gut und der Empfang freundlich. Leider fehlten die Geschirrtücher und eine Bedienungsanleitung für den TV und der Spülmaschine.

Wir waren mit drei Kindern in dem Appartment. Es ist ein absolut empfehlenswert. Man hat nichts auszusetzen. Eine super ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr sauber und groß. Empfang war sehr freundlich und einfach alles erklärt. Genauso die Gegend. Einfach sehr empfehlenswert, wer mal in Österreich auch nicht ein Schi Urlaub machen möchte. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
