About this holiday home

This delightful apartment extends over the first and second floors of a holiday home with an artistic feel. You enter the accommodation through the former stable door and immediately encounter the beautiful interior with lots of wood. After an active day in the beautiful surroundings, leave your ski gear in the storage room before enjoying complete rest in the shared sauna. In the shared garden, lean back with a good book in summer.

The glacier ski area on the Zugspitze ensures absolute snow safety. In total, the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena has more than 130 kilometres of slopes and 56 lifts. The pistes are generally of an easy level and this is also why the area attracts so many families and beginners. Nevertheless, this region does not only target families, snowboarders and freeriders will also find what they are looking for here. The Zugspitz Arena is also an area with endless unique experiences in summer. That guarantees not only the many hiking trails and cycling routes but also toboggan runs, golf courses and swimming in the most beautiful lakes!.

The day before arrival we heard we could arrive at any time which was great! Also departure time was flexible! The apartment was perfect for our 3 families with 7 children. At arrival a bottle of champagne, fresh fruit, and chocolate for the kids were waiting for us, which was a super sweet gesture and well appreciated. The apartment was clean! It was really spacious and exactly like the pictures. Every family had a separate bathroom, which was clean, always warm water. Separate room for ski’s and heating for ski shoes. The ski slopes in ehrwald and lermoos are really close by and beautiful. We would definitely rent this apartment again!
