The chalet has a terrace that is partially covered with a glass roof. So you can enjoy the view of the stream and the surrounding nature even when it rains. The Rodeo Ranch, to which we cordially invite you, has an indoor riding arena where you can take a free riding lesson.

Yes, there are many activities close to the chalet such as skiing, cross-country skiing, natural toboggan runs, 3D archery course, E-Enduro Bike Park, fly fishing and the summit pool at 1900 metres above sea level.

We would like to travel with horses - does that cost extra?

No, there are no additional costs for this. Our chalet has its own paddock with approx. 2500m2 of pasture, including watering trough. Of course there is also enough space for the horse trailers.

Which border crossing do you recommend for the approach route?

If you are coming from Belgium, the Netherlands or Germany, we recommend driving into Austria at the border crossing at PASSAU. This will avoid MÜNCHEN. If you drive this way, there is the least chance of traffic jams.

How many parking spaces are there at the property?

There is 1 parking space at the house. If you arrive with more cars than the number of parking spaces at the chalet, we kindly ask you to park them in the general car park at the ski slope. This is to prevent parked cars from making optimal snow clearance impossible.

How big and extensive is the on-site supermarket?

We recommend doing your shopping on the way to the holiday home. The local supermarket is small and open for a limited time.
