This detached luxury chalet on a small park offers a wellness area with sauna, hot tub and outdoor shower. Built in harmony with nature, it features Alpine character with plenty of privacy and a sunny south-facing terrace. Inside you will find a spacious living room with pellet stove , a modern open-plan kitchen and a children's corner. In summer, enjoy the Austrian sun from the comfortable loungers or lounge in the enclosed garden where there is also a Plancha BBQ.

The accommodation is on a small chalet park situated on a gentle slope with breathtaking views of the picturesque Donnersbachwald forest. The Riesneralm valley station is nearby and the park is surrounded by serene nature. In winter, Donnersbachtal seems straight out of a fairy tale, complete with snow-sure ski areas Riesneralm and Planneralm, which together offer 50 km of slopes. For families, Riesneralm's children's ski area is ideal. Looking for adventure off the slopes? Then try the natural toboggan run or the cross-country trails close to the chalet. In summer, the area transforms into a paradise for active holidaymakers. Test your skills on the 3D archery course, explore the E-Enduro Bikepark or go fly-fishing. You will have a unique experience in the Gipfel pool: a heated pool at the top of the Riesnerkrispen, 1900 metres high and featuring a 360-degree panoramic view .

Eine richtig tolle Unterkunft. Hochwertig und stilvoll. Alles schön unkompliziert, z.B. Brennholz war inklusive, keine zusatzgebühren. Top.

We hadden een schitterende week in het huis samen met vrienden , we hebben genoten van de hottub tijdens de mooie avonden en konden daarna nog eens in de sauna om de avond mooi af te sluiten . De kinderen konden in de omheinde tuin naar hartelust ravotten terwijl wij op het zonnige terras van een aperitiefje genoten . Het is ondanks dat het een vakantiedomijn is met een 30-tal vakantiehuisjes heel rustig , zowel overdag als s'avonds en s'nachts . Je kan op wandelafstand een gezellig cafeetje bezoeken waar je met collega vakantiegangers wat ervaringen kan uitwisselen of met lokale bewoners een praatje kan maken .

Is there a bathing lake nearby?

Just outside the village, about 2 km from the house, is the Badesee of Donnersbachwald. This is the perfect place to cool down on a hot summer day.

± 1000 metres altitude.

Which border crossing do you recommend for the approach route?

If you are coming from Belgium, the Netherlands or Germany, we recommend driving into Austria at the border crossing at PASSAU. This will avoid MÜNCHEN. If you drive this way, there is the least chance of traffic jams.

There are 2 parking spaces at the house. There is also 1 public parking space per house in the park.
