About this holiday home

Situated between the ski resorts of Lachtal and Hohentauern, this completely renovated apartment invites you both in and outside the winter period to enjoy hiking, cycling, skiing or just relaxing in the beautiful nature. The cosy living room and fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired. The apartment also has a lovely covered terrace. You can have breakfast at ADEG within walking distance of this apartment.

Beautiful photos will follow soon, as the house has just been completed. This house is located right between the ski resorts of Lachtal and Hochentauern, but even outside the winter period, the beautiful nature invites you to go hiking, cycling and lounging, because you can do that here to your heart's content. In summer, there is a public swimming pool as well as, for example, tennis courts in the region. Activities at the nearby Red Bull Ring, such as the air show "Air Power", the Formula 1 Grand Prix and the MotoGP in summer. There is a 24/7 accessible laundrette in the building and some of the other apartments are also rented out on a tourist basis and some on a long-term basis. In short: the perfect base for a wonderful holiday in Austria. You can also enjoy delicious food within walking distance at local restaurants such as Papillon and Timmerer.

Good to know

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

  • Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

Overall, great experience. Our main concern was the internet that my wife and I used working remotely while visiting family in the area. Which worked just fine even while we both had to take zoom calls.

The apartment is fairly large, but the bedroom is noisy due the fact that it is facing a main road. The access to the building is poor and unfinished.

Vielen Dank für den netten Urlaub. Das Haus ist gerade in der Enstehungsphase kleine details fehlen noch aber die Besitzerin Frau Rousseau hat uns sofort verwöhnt und war sehr offen für jedes Gespräch. Wir wünschen Ihnen viel Kraft ,Freude und viele Urlaubsgäste.
