About this holiday home

This is your chance to stay uniquely in one of the 35 apartments spread over two buildings. Park your car under the building and reach the first-floor home via an interior passageway. With a large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and private sauna, you have everything you need for ultimate relaxation after an active day in the mountains. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this is the perfect place for 4 to 6 people.

Please note that the Schladming card is not included in the stay. Welcome to Haus im Ennstal, one of Styria's most beautiful spots. Whether you are a family, sports lover, or a relaxation-seeking holidaymaker, this village has something for you. Two ski lifts and three downhill runs (blue, red, and black) take you directly to the town. These runs are part of Schladming's famous 4-Berge ski slopes, where you can ski endlessly. In summer, the area offers breathtaking hiking and cycling routes. Schladming is a true paradise with mountain lakes, a thousand springs, and waterfalls. Each flat has its own parking space, and for additional vehicles, parking spaces are available at the Billa or ski lift. So, pack your bags and enjoy all the beauty that Haus im Ennstal has to offer!.

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Tolle Wohnung für einen kurzen Skiurlaub Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen - man kann bis zur Gondel laufen und hat auch eine Skibus-Haltestelle nicht weit entfernt. Ein Bäcker ist auch in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Skier und Snowboard und der private Parkplatz waren super. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr schön und modern. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Die Sauna ist für vier Leute zu klein, aber zu dritt kann man sie super nutzen. Wir haben sie zweimal genutzt, hat prima funktioniert. Der Kundenservice ist auch super. Wir haben schon im Voraus immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen und auch während des Aufenthalts abends zweimal telefonisch Hilfe bekommen. Ein Backofen wäre schön gewesen. Insgesamt wirkte die Wohnung etwas leer/unvollständig. Die Couch nicht wirklich bequem und auch nicht groß genug für vier Personen. Für einen kurzen Skiurlaub aber vollkommen ausreichend! Der Feuermelder in der Küche ist auch nicht so optimal - am ersten Abend haben wir ihn beim Kochen aus Versehen ausgelöst. Der Vermieter hat aber sofort auf unseren Anruf reagiert und uns geholfen. Außerdem war der Zugang zum Haus sehr vereist und rutschig.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is designed in modern way, very comfortable, well equipped. It is also located in quiet area, close to Hauser Kaibling ski lifts what is very convenient. Generally the place is worth recomendation.
