About this holiday home

What a beautiful location this is. The mountain road curves higher and higher, leading you to this detached holiday home at the end of the road. Peace, space and privacy are assured. The sun is turning around the house through the day for you to endlessly enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama from the terrace. The large downstairs kitchen is fully equipped. This leaves the living room on the first floor for relaxing, or a maybe a game of table tennis in the playroom?.

The location is very central in both summer and winter. In a few minutes by car, you can be in the popular ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun or the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). In summer too, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling. In short, the ideal exclusive location, all in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!" The chalet is easily accessible via a mountain road, the last 200 metres of which are unpaved and steep. Although the road is always cleared of snow in winter, it is compulsory to put on snow chains at the bottom (near the church). If uncertain, it is wise to ask the caretaker about this.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Access the house you have to go through 200 meter of unpaved road
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22.00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Schönes großzügiges Haus. Ausstattung war komplett in Ordnung, die Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Man sollte sich trotzdem bewusst sein, dass sämtliche Aktivitäten besser mit dem Auto zu erledigen sind. Zu Fuß vom Berg runter sind es locker 45 Minuten und später muss man da auch wieder hoch, ist ziemlich steil - deshalb besser fahren. Was ich noch als allgemeine Information vor allem für Hundebesitzer und Kinder wichtig wäre: ein guter Zeckenschutz wäre von höchster Wichtigkeit und immer gut absuchen es gibt wirklich verrückt viele in dem Gebiet.

Toller Ausblick und so schöne Ruhe Die Lage, der Ausblick, die Ausstattung, alles gepflegt und sauber. Ganz toll, wir buchen sicherlich wieder. Garage war top, Nachbarn sehr freundlich Leider ist der Heizkörper in dem hinteren Schlafzimmer zum Tischtennisraum hin undicht, aus diesem trat Glykol aus, was einen absolut unangenehmen Geruch verursachte. Auch die Armatur im oberen Bad war etwas locker, das sollte man nachziehen.

Over het huis kunnen we kort zijn: genoeg beddengoed, schoon en de douche doet het goed. Boven moet je in het bad douchen. Bedden redelijk comfortabel, beetje hard. Uitzicht werkelijk schitterend. Tuin een beetje kleiner dan verwacht. Kaprun dichtbij en Zell am See iets verder maar ook groter. Wij waren er na de kerst en de vele kerstbomen en verlichting zorgen voor een pittoreske sfeer.

Tip from the expert

The little train down in the village, shuttles back and forth between Mittersill and Zell am See. Great fun to do and relaxed to enjoy the surroundings. So feel free to get off in Niedernsill for a refreshing dip in the public nature pool or in Uttendorf at the swimming lake
