Just 20 minutes from the accommodation, you can take the Porsche Design gondola to the Schmitten ski area in winter. Both beginners and families with children get their money's worth on the quiet slopes near the Niedernsill lifts. Here you will find a beginner's lift with a length of about 300 m and a drag lift with a length of about 600 m. By car, you can also easily reach the ski areas of Zell am See-Kaprun and the Kitzbühel Alps. The recreational lake in Niedernsill brings wonderful cooling on hot summer days. Between Piesendorf and Niedernsill, hikers can explore the impressive cultural landscape trail. From here you also have a wonderful view of the Salzach valley! .

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Das Haus war sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich gelegen in einer kleinen, ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut – in weniger als 15 Minuten waren wir am Skilift am Kitzsteinhorn und Zell am See ist ebenfalls nicht viel weiter entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ebenfalls reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Goede ontvangst door de huismeesters. Via app goed te bereiken en snel antwoord. Chalet was keurig netjes schoon en keuken was van alles voorzien. Zelfs drie diverse koffie-zetapparaten!! Voor wintersport (met begin twintigers) een geweldig gebied. Kaprun, Zell am See, Saalbach Hinterglemm en Fieberbrun goed te bereiken met heerlijke pistes. Met trein en bus zijn deze locaties ook goed te bereiken. Ook in de winter diverse wandelpaden beschikbaar. Geweldig mooi breed dal.

The house is very nice and well kept. Kitchen is well equipped. Wi-fi is really bad and does not work on the 2nd floor and in the bedrooms on the 1st floor. The house is well isolated and you can decide on the temperature room per room which is great. The sauna is great. The bathrooms are nice and the showers work well. The “House meister” is grumpy and unfriendly, and did not answer the majority of my messages. A smile and a “hello” would be nice. Overall a nice stay but with a potential to get even better.

+ The chalet is a great choice for groups or big families. Peaceful location with great views to the mountains. Smooth communication with the host. Cozy with interesting decoration makes guests feel like home. Elegant kitchen that couldn’t be more or better equipped. Massive table for dinners or board games and an electric fireplace creating a unique atmosphere. Really comfortable mattresses and pillows. The sauna is the perfect way to finish your day. - Annoyingly poor WiFi even after we followed host instructions for fixing it. The visit to the nearby village to get instructions could have been an email. No monitoring of the parking area causes sometimes misunderstandings and confusion when non guest vehicles occupy guests posts.
