Right in the middle of Salzburgerland, you will find within walking distance of the centre of famous Kaprun, this beautiful detached winter sports chalet. You occupy it alone and it is optimally equipped for families or groups. With a cosy living room, spacious dining room and fully equipped kitchen, your comfort is assured. There are a total of 9 bedrooms which are all equipped with a private bathroom. It is the ideal base and very popular among winter sports enthusiasts!.

Winter sports in Kaprun stand for snow guarantee, cosiness and a wide range of possibilities. Together with the village of Zell am See, it forms a beautiful winter sports area with many opportunities for skiing and snowboarding. This is possible with just one ski pass! Surrounded by no fewer than three ski resorts, one of which has a glacier, there is no shortage of kilometres of slopes and snow. The glacier ensures that you can ski here almost all year round. The modern ski lift leads directly from the village to the glacier area! By the way, the ski bus stops practically at the door, the ski lift is only about 600 m away. Bäder waren frisch renoviert - sehr sehr schön geworden! Es waren alle äußerst zuvorkommend und immer sehr nett. Es war eine tolle Woche.

Zimmer und Bäder sehr schön, geräumig und sauber. Grose küche mit guter ausstattung. Geschirr in der Küche war leider teilweise dreckig. Der backofen war stark verschmutzt, wurde aber sofort gereinigt, als wir darauf hingewiesen haben. Was gar nicht geht, ist der skikeller. Dieser ist viel zu klein. Er wird von mehreren Häusern der anlage benutzt und war überfüllt. Alles lag Kreuz und quer. Im eigenen Haus gab es zwar einen Keller, dieser war aber mit allerhand Kram zugestellt. Alles in Allem waren wir zufrieden, Preis- / Leistung stimmt.
