This detached house, with a lovely large garden, is located in a quiet street, just outside the centre of Kaprun. Experience a truly rich feeling, with plenty of space in and around the house and views of the Kitzsteinhorn. The luxurious and complete furnishings make this house the ideal stay for a large group, or several families. The L-shaped living area is very spacious and has direct access to the large terrace. For stays longer than 2 weeks, the house will be cleaned (mandatory) .

From the village, the modern ski lift goes directly to the glacier area ! For more ski fun, this region is also connected to the Saalbach, Hinterglemm and Fieberbrunn ski areas. That means 408 piste kilometres with just 1 ski pass. Nearby is the bus stop from where the ski bus takes you directly to the Kitzsteinhorn lift. Nightlife and the cosy centre are within walking distance. In summer, enjoy nature in the beautiful mountain world and take the most beautiful hiking, (motor) bike and mountain bike tours here.
