About this holiday home

This beautiful intermediate house is one of the luxurious linked lodges. It features a lovely sauna where you can fully unwind after an exciting day in the region. The large windows offer stunning views of the mountains and the spacious living room with open kitchen is perfect for socialising. Can you see yourself sitting there? .

The lodge is in a quiet location right by the cross-country ski trail and Hohe Tauern National Park. The centre is within walking distance and houses several restaurants and shops. Every morning you will get fresh rolls from the local bakery here. Wald-Königsleiten is located between 3 famous ski areas: Zillertal Arena, Wildkogel Arena and the Kitzbühel ski area. The Zillertal Arena and Kitzbühel ski areas are ideal for those who want to cover many kilometres on the slopes. In contrast, the Wildkogel Arena ski area is ideal for families with children. Bramberg is home to the longest winter toboggan run in Europe. There is also plenty to do in the summer in this region. Its location right next to the national park makes it ideal for many beautiful walks or mountain bike rides. If you are a real water rat, take a dip in the public Kristall pool. You can also play a round of golf at one of the (mini) golf courses .

Overall we loved the house, it has a spacious kitchen, with a great dining area. The living is open so the whole group could easily interact with the people at the table or in the kitchen. The bedrooms are great and the bathrooms seemed brand new. We especially loved the showers with good shower heads after a long day skiing. The beds were very comfortable and everyone of us slept very well! We were with a group of six so we did not use the room with the two bunk beds, I could imagine this room might be a bit crowded with 4 people and their stuff. The storage in the basement for skies, shoes and other equipment was great and we used the sauna almost everyday. The sauna warms up very quickly. The shower in de basement next to the sauna did not drain properly but we think this was due to a leakage that we were informed of before our arrival. We also loved that we could use the washing machine and dryer, so we used much less clothing than we brought with us. The parking by the house is very clearly indicated and everybody only used their designated parking places. Because we only used two of three places our neighbors very considerately asked if they could use our third spot, which was no problem.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe zum Ski fahren hier. Die Unterkunft und Umgebung war sehr schön. Der Bus war zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten mit den Ski erreicht. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht so wie erwartet. Alles in allem waren wir aber zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt!

El lugar es precioso, las fotos no le hacen justicia a la belleza del lugar, estuvimos en familia (10 personas) haciendo un tour por Europa y este es el destino que nos enamoro! Volveríamos sin duda.
