About this holiday home

This very modern, detached chalet is located right in the center of Sankt Margarethen im Lungau at a short distance from the ski lift and has great views of the slopes. This chalet consists of two units, which you both occupy. The living rooms have a modern Austrian dining area, a large seating area, and a luxury kitchen. The French doors open onto the large outdoor terrace with its south-facing garden and covered lounge area, separate sauna with outdoor shower.

The chalet is within walking distance of the ski lift of the ski area Katschberg-Aineck (70 km of slopes) and about 200 m from the center with plenty of shopping facilities. The Obertauern ski area (100 km of slopes) can be reached by car in 25 minutes, the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area (50 km of slopes) in 5 minutes, and the Fanningberg family mountain in 20 minutes (30 km of slopes), all by free public transportation. The cities of Salzburg and Villach, as well as northern Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia, are easily accessible. In summer, both active guests and those seeking tranquility can enjoy this wonderful area. Golfing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, rafting, mountain yoga, and motorcycling on the many beautiful passes in the area are among the many ways to experience a fantastic holiday!.

Ein unvergesslicher Ski- & Wellness-Urlaub in St. Margarethen im Lungau Liebes Villa for You-Team, wir durften mit unserer Reisegruppe, bestehend aus fünf Familien, eine wundervolle Winterwoche in euren Unterkünften verbringen. Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Die modern und offen gestalteten Apartments lassen keine Wünsche offen – sie sind nicht nur stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern bieten auch ausreichend Platz für gesellige Stunden. Besonders begeistert haben uns die Sauna und der Whirlpool, welche nach einem Tag auf der Piste für perfekte Entspannung sorgten. Alles war makellos sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal: Morgens können frische Brötchen bequem im nur 300 Meter entfernten Dorfladen geholt werden, und die Skiarena ist nur 350 Meter entfernt – ein echtes Highlight! Die Pisten sind breit, bestens präpariert und nie überfüllt, was für ein stressfreies Skivergnügen sorgt. Unser Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Winterurlaub mit Wohlfühlgarantie!
