About this holiday home

This beautiful, detached chalet welcomes you with its luxurious furnishings right in the centre of St. Margarethen in Lungau. In summer, the large garden offers you time to linger or you can sit comfortably on the terrace and enjoy a glass of wine. A bicycle room is also at your disposal .

For the more adventurous, there are a number of attractions to choose from, such as hiking, rafting, mountain biking or a scenic drive over one of the mountain passes in the area. For quiet family outings, a trip on the Mariapfarrer Dampferl is a tip! And for the kids, there is Smarty-Land in Mauterndorf, which includes a bouncy castle, trampolines, a boulder wall, a climbing castle, kids' quads, giant slides, go-karts and much more to make children's hearts beat faster. In the ski season, you have the slopes almost at your doorstep! The chalet is 200 m from the ski lift of the Aineck-Katschberg ski area. The other located ski areas, such as Speiereck or Obertauern, can be easily reached by ski bus. The chalet also has a ski room with ski boot heating, accessible from outside. Here you can fully enjoy your holidays in both summer and winter. .

Na vlotte communicatie bij aankomst, een prettige incheck dmv sleutelkastje. Huis was schoon. Compleet ingericht. Ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden, ook de slaapbank in de kamer is prima te gebruiken als bed. Voor wintersport een mooie geriefelijke eigen, gesepareerde opslagmogelijkheid voor ski's en schoenen. Woonkamer, eetgedeelte en keuken voldoende ruim voor de 9 personen waar we mee aanwezig waren. Voldoende sanitaire voorzieningen en de infrarood-sauna was een prettig extraatje. Enkel vloerverwarming. Bij- en sfeerverwarmen met de open haard was prima; hout aanwezig. Tuin is voor de zomer niet ruim bemeten, maar in de winter boeit dat minder. Skilift op loopafstand en evt door het ondergesneeuwde weiland achter huis te bereiken. Ruimte voor 2 auto's om te parkeren. Rustig doodlopende straat met enkel vakantiewoningen. Gemoedelijk dorp met een prima klein supermarktje voor de kleine (nood) boodschappen. Ski-gebied is ons goed bevallen.

Ubytovanie výborné, jediné čo by som vytkol bolo vybavenie: filter do kávovaru - chýbal... Sáčky do koša a toaletný papier taktiež chybali... Toto sú len maličkosti, celkový dojem je vynikajúci vzhľadom na polohu

Upravo nam je završilo tjedan dana obiteljskog skijanja, 4 obitelji u tri generacije u ovoj prostranoj planinskoj kući. Kuća je renovirana s velikim dnevnim boravkom povezanim s blagovaonom i kuhinjom. Idealno za veliko obiteljsko druženje. Na katu su 3 spavaće sobe i dvije kupaonice. Ali od samog dolaska imali smo iznenađenja: parkiralište nije bilo očišćeno već je bilo pokriveno zaleđenim snijegom. Zatim stepenice do ulaza ( 6 kamenih stepenica) bile su prekrivene debelim ledom. Sami smo toplom vodom očistili stepenice i omogućili ulaz u kuću. Uz kuću nalazi se kućica kao spremište za skije, štapove, sanjke i grijačem pancerica, što pohvaljujemo jer je dobro radilo i bilo je dovoljno mjesta za svu našu opremu. Ali Imali smo problema sa smećem. Ekološko odvajanje smeća nije bilo moguće jer u kući nisu označene kante za koju vrstu smeća su namijenjene (kante za prikupljnje smeća bile su postavljene u dnevnom boravku), a velika kanta je bila puna. Ne može se više znakova upisati?
