About this holiday home

This beautiful chalet (semi-detached) is quiet yet centrally located. You will stay in the left wing, which has its own relaxation area with Finnish sauna. The interior with lots of wood and contemporary comfort makes you feel immediately welcome. From the spacious living room with open kitchen you have access to the garden with views over the Hohe Tauern National Park. On the balcony you can end the day in style with a cup of tea. Delicious! .

Its location is perfect for both winter and summer enthusiasts. You will find no fewer than 8 ski resorts within 30 minutes' travel from the residence, including the snow-sure glacier on the Kitzsteinhorn. The nearest ski bus leaves as early as 400 metres from the chalet. In summer, you'll find a swimming pool no more than a 1-minute walk away, and the Tauern Radweg starts right outside the door. Kaprun and Zell am See can be reached quickly and easily by bike. Furthermore, you will take the most beautiful walks in the surrounding mountains. Going on holiday with a smaller travel party? We had a wonderful family holiday in villa. The place is great and has everything you need to explore and enough space for big groups. It's 10min to Zell am see and similar to Kaprun. There is a train station just outside of the house so if you don't drive you can easily access Zell am See on train. The place could do with a bit more dusting but overall I highly recommend this place to explore local attractions.

We make the Fun+ card available to our guests. Among other things, it gives free access to the swimming pool (around the corner) and various other fun discounts and organised trips. A Nespresso machine is available.

Tip from the expert

A must for summer visitors is to catch a beautiful ride on the steam train. This train runs once a week from Zell am See to Hochkrimml during the months of May to September. It is advisable to book a ride in advance.
