About this holiday home

Enjoy a wonderful time in this combination of holiday homes, which are not physically connected. The next morning, wake up to an enchanting mountain panorama and get ready for an active day in the mountains. Thanks to its location on the main road, everything is easy to reach. Two of the bedrooms are on the mezzanine, where you will enjoy a carefree night's sleep. The wellness facilities are undoubtedly the icing on the cake! .

The chalet is ideally located between the ski lift (about 500 metres) and the centre of Mühlbach (about 700 metres). In the centre of Mühlbach you will find some cosy après-ski bars and there is a good restaurant that serves delicious local specialities. This is easily accessible by the through road where the chalet is located. Hochkönig owes its name to the 2941 high mountain, which is part of a beautiful mountain massif. There is plenty of activity all year round. Winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy the 120 km long skiing area. The slopes are wide and generally quiet. This allows you to enjoy wonderful rides. For the experienced skier or snowboarder, there are 3 fun parks and freeride possibilities. The ski area is part of the Ski Amadé umbrella ski region. This also includes Snow Space Salzburg and Schladming-Dachstein. In summer, you can hike and mountain bike to extremes. Would you like to explore the impressive natural beauty in a special way? Wir waren über Silvester in den Tauernlodges. Wunderschöne Häuser, wirklich toll eingerichtet und super Lage! Jetzt leider das „Aber“: Die Wohnungen sind toll eingerichtet aber schlecht gepflegt (viele defekte Einrichtungsgegenstände) und leider nicht wirklich sauber. Grundsätzlich ein toller Urlaub, die Wohnungen würden wir für den Preis aber nicht nochmal mieten (natürlich ist klar, dass Silvester extra teuer ist, aber bei einem deutlich 5stelligem Preis darf man wohl hoffentlich auch einen guten Zustand der Wohnung erwarten). Es würde sicher helfen, einmal alles notwendige zu reparieren und eine Grundreinigung durchführen zu lassen, dann sind es tolle Wohnungen!

Je kan beter vinden voor die prijs, alhoewel prijs voor ons zeker niet het eerste criterium was, wel de ruimte voor 20 personen en die viel tegen. Enkel toilet op de badkamer en alle kamers hebben geen eigen badkamer. De kamer van 4 met stapelbed is nog ok, de kamer van 4 met boven liggedeelte is geen volwaardige slaapplaats. Alles behalve goed uitgerust voor self-catering, het is creatief behelpen. De ingewikkelde en altijd met bestraffing dreigende regels voor afval schiften drukken de vakantiestemming vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt. De chalets 2x10 zijn niet volledig evenwaardig uitgerust.

The Hochkönig massif attracts climbers from all over Europe. Do you want to experience mountaineering and are you in reasonable condition? If so, try climbing a mountain via ferrata. In this case, you walk/climb a secured route along a steel cable on the rock face. There are routes for beginners to very advanced.
