A typical Austrian flat in beautiful Stuhlfelden, just around the corner from Mittersill. The flat has a lovely wooden balcony where a sunny spot is guaranteed! In summer, enjoy the small garden lounge, a bit away from the house, where the little guests play with the swing, slide together with the children of the house. While here in winter you rest after an active day on the slopes. The options are endless! .

The panoramic Kitzbüheler Alpen cable car can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and in summer the adventure swimming lake Uttendorf is only 3 minutes away by car. The location of the house avoids long drives to the main road.

In echt ist die Wohnung noch viel größer als es auf den Fotos aussieht! Wir fanden die Wohnung sehr sauber vor, die Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Besonders hat uns die Lage begeistert. So zentral, wir brauchten zu jedem Ausflugsziel in der Umgebung maximal eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut, sie sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Mooie locatie, erg vriendelijke gastvrouw! Veel te doen in de omgeving. Het huis is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. We misten alleen een bank😉 Fijne weken gehad!
